In recent years, Novalytica has established itself as a sought-after Data & AI service provider. Today, the company supports a wide range of organisations on their journey toward becoming data-driven enterprises—ranging from the definition of data and analytics strategies and advanced analytics to the construction of modern data platforms and the productive implementation of AI solutions. To sustain this positive development and strategically expand the organisation, Novalytica is now growing its partner group from within its own ranks.
Expertise from within our own ranks
With Roman Liesch and André Kaderli, two individuals who have significantly shaped Novalytica’s success story in recent years are stepping into shared responsibility. Both combine a strong academic background with extensive project experience, embodying the commitment to consistently uniting technological excellence with strategic foresight.
Dr. Roman Liesch serves as Head of Data & AI Projects at Novalytica. He completed his PhD at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) with a focus on empirical methods. At Novalytica, he is responsible for a multitude of sophisticated client projects, supporting organisations not only operationally but especially at a strategic level within the field of Data Analytics.
Dr. André Kaderli, as Principal Data & AI Engineer, brings profound technical expertise to the partnership. Following his physics studies at ETH Zurich, he earned his doctorate at the Humboldt University of Berlin. He is responsible for the areas of Data Infrastructure and Artificial Intelligence and leads complex implementation projects—with a particular focus on modern platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
