The Digital Real Estate platform was launched by the consulting firm pom+ and awards the “Digital Top 10” in collaboration with “Bauen digital Schweiz”, “buildingSMART Switzerland” and “immobilia”. The recipients of these awards are selected by an experienced and renowned jury and must particularly distinguish themselves through genuine disruptive innovation and applicability. The “Digital Top 10” shows which innovative tools are advancing the Swiss real estate industry and thus documents the transformation of the industry on the one hand, and on the other hand the “Digital Top 10” competition shows which innovations offer demonstrable benefits in everyday life.
The 2021 edition of the “Digital Top 10” awarded Alphaprop, the data portal for indirect real estate investments developed by Novalytica. Alphaprop impressed with its innovative use of real estate market data and the evaluation of this with artificial intelligence. The additional integration of diverse data and environmental indicators makes investment decisions in the Swiss indirect real estate market more transparent and easier to document. In terms of usability, Alphaprop shines not only with its intuitive user interface and smart visualizations but also with its efficient cost structure based on excellent scalability. Thus, the benefits of Alphaprop increase with the intensity of the application thanks to minimal cost growth.
After Alphaprop was already awarded as a finalist of the NZZ-Real Estate Days at the end of 2020, we are delighted to now also be a part of the “Digital Top 10” and to help shape the PropTech section of Switzerland as innovators.
