Zurich/Bern, January 29, 2026 – Novalytica AG is expanding its circle of partners: Dr. Roman Liesch and Dr. André Kaderli are joining the company as new partners. With this step, Novalytica is responding to the strong organic growth of recent years and setting the course for further expansion and long-term continuity in management.
In recent years, Novalytica has established itself as a popular data & AI service provider and today supports a large number of organizations on their way to becoming data-driven companies – from defining a data & analytics strategy and advanced analytics to setting up modern data platforms and the productive implementation of AI solutions. In order to consolidate this positive development and expand the organization in a targeted manner, Novalytica is now expanding its circle of partners from within its own ranks.
Expertise from our own ranks
Roman Liesch and André Kaderli are two personalities who have played a key role in shaping Novalytica’s success story in recent years. Both combine a strong academic background with extensive project experience and are committed to consistently combining technological excellence and strategic foresight.
Roman Liesch is Head of Data & AI Projects at Novalytica. He completed his PhD studies at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) with a focus on empirical methods. At Novalytica, he is responsible for a large number of challenging customer projects and supports organizations not only operationally, but also at a strategic level in the area of data analytics.
As Principal Data & AI Engineer, André Kaderli brings in-depth technical expertise to the partnership. After studying physics at ETH Zurich, he completed his doctorate at Humboldt University in Berlin. He is responsible for the areas of data infrastructure and artificial intelligence and manages complex implementation projects – with a particular focus on modern platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Databricks.
