Wincasa, Switzerland’s largest real estate service provider, manages the portfolios of several large institutional owners. These must publish KPIs on the sustainability of their properties and are sometimes included in sustainability benchmarks. This also requires certain KPIs to be filled into predefined templates. Wincasa wanted to automate the entire data process – from recording through to auditable reporting – so that it did not have to manually compile the necessary data for all of its customers’ properties.
