The Stiftung für Arbeit is committed to sustainable labor market integration, which can only be achieved by bridging the gap between the economy and social policy. The foundation’s operating organizations (Dock, Plus, Port) have been successfully active in labor market integration for years and today employ nearly 2,000 people across 13 locations.
Over recent years, a comprehensive data foundation has been built around the activities of the Stiftung für Arbeit. In collaboration with the involved social welfare offices and other stakeholders, value is to be generated from this data so that services can be improved through data-driven insights.
