Initial situation

Even before moving into the new arena, the ZSC/GCK Lions organization set the goal of evolving and driving its digitalization forward. As part of this digital transformation, data across various systems (ERP, CRM, ticketing, merchandising, food & beverage) was made accessible to create a Customer 360 / Fan 360 view.
By implementing Microsoft Power BI, data from diverse databases is consolidated, successfully breaking down historically grown data silos. This cross-system data utilization enables dynamic, ad-hoc reporting. Tailored departmental reports provide decision-makers with the precise information they need, facilitating fast, targeted, and data-driven decisions.
