The ECOREAL Swiss Real Estate Investment Foundation manages two investment groups with net assets of over CHF 2 billion (as at 2025). Its investors are pension funds. Sustainability is firmly anchored in the investment foundation’s strategy – ESG reporting is correspondingly central.
Energy data forms the basis for calculating environmentally relevant KPIs in accordance with the recommendations of the KGAST (Conference of the Managing Directors of Investment Foundations). However, the structured recording of energy and water consumption data is complex, costly and time-consuming. A solution was therefore needed that would allow all consumption data to be efficiently recorded, checked for plausibility and integrated into the existing data architecture.
Novalytica specializes in the automated collection and processing of energy and sustainability data from a wide variety of sources and their customized provision for reporting and analysis.
